Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems integrate with the latest technologies in CNC cutting, forming, and welding.
We offer a variety of welding processes including GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW, SMAW, semi automatic FCAW (Bug-o), Orbital Tig, STT, and Semi automated TIP TIG for efficient, high-quality products. We utilize modern equipment such as automatic coil lines and a spiral duct machine for sheet metal fabrication.
Cahill, an ISO 9000 certified company, has experience and qualifications in many sectors.
We carry certifications from ASME, CWB, CSA W47.1 /W59.1 Annex U (steel), CSA W47.2 (aluminum) ABSA, TSASK, TSSA, DNV, N285 Nuclear, N299.1 and B51. Our facilities use tablets and a wireless network to maintain manufacturing record books in real time to improve accuracy and turnaround time. We work with our clients so that their review of documentation can be done remotely.
Cahill has more than 750 weld procedures and experience in a multitude of materials.
Our expertise includes carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome, nickel, titanium, alloys including A333 low temperature carbon steel, a variety of chrome alloys, duplex and super duplex stainless steel, stainless steels, and aluminum.
All facilities have access to major highways and transportation routes, and in some cases, quayside access for the efficient transportation of oversized loads.

Cahill Technical’s Industrial Service facility provides innovative solutions through its CSA panel fabrication, design build, maintenance and technical services. Structural Fabrication
Designed for efficient flow through of both carbon and aluminum materials, the facility has a CNC plasma cutting table capable of cutting plates 3.5” thick, a beam profiling robotic plasma capable of profiling beams up to 900mm deep. It also has multiple plate rollers and other cutting and bending machines that prepare materials for the flow through the shop via multiple overhead cranes (up to 15 tonne) on the way to the blast facility and paint booth.
